Attention 8th grade parents! 
Graduation is less than 2 weeks away! Important Graduation details will go home next week with details about Graduation and the Reception/8th grade dance. Please be on the look out for this information and be sure to have a quick turnaround on the required paperwork. This will help the reception committee to get a good start on the reception and dance details. Thank you!
Attention 7th grade parents! 
The 8th grade Graduation is less than two weeks away! What does this mean for us? It is customary for the 7th grade parents to plan the reception and dance afterwards. Next year it will be our turn to have this big event planned for us and our students!! Planning, decorating and chaperoning the dance are a lot of fun! Don’t miss out on being able to help. Information will come home next week with your student and also through your email with sign up genius!

Do: Khakis, dress slacks, nice shirt, skirt, dress, school uniform, dress shoes.

Track and Field Day-  I personally apologize for the confusion on the date of Track and Field Day.  This year we will be having Track and Field Day on Monday May 20.  It takes lots of volunteers to man this event, but kids have a blast.  They will remember this event for years to come.  Please take a look at the schedule and volunteer the morning or afternoon or both.  Must be Virtus Trained to Volunteer.  Lunch is Provided. 

I also want to thank the chairpersons of Wonkathon, Denise McCabe and Carly Vondrell.  The two headed up an amazing feat of raising over $14,000, all the while minimizing our overhead costs.  Their efforts, along with the 30 plus volunteers and 100s of persons contributing, have helped to put us in a position to make much needed security improvements in the school.  Thanks also to Lara Arnold, who made St. Vivian look like Wonka Candy Factory. Roxane Schellingerhout PTA President


2019 Boys and Girls Golf Sign Ups

St. Bart’s (SBAA) along with St. Vivian is offering Boys and Girls Golf for the Summer/Fall 2019. This will be for athletes from 5th– 8thgrade (entering the 2019-20 school year).

Online registration is open through May 12th and can be found at:   You can complete multiple registrations during one transaction.  Use your existing SBAA Blue Sombrero account login or new users can register for a new account.  Credit/Debit transactions only

Cost – $110 which will include green fees and a uniform shirt. 

Tryouts would be sometime in May at Robins Nest.  Following sign ups, a sign-up genius will be sent out for tee times.  Unexperienced golfers will need to play 2-3 rounds (no previous experience necessary). More experienced golfers may need to play 3-4 rounds.    Season will start in July and be finished in Late August/Early September – roughly 10-12 matches.  Most play will occur at Robins Nest / Meadow Links / Fairfield Greens.  Many of the matches may be during the weekday (starting as early as 9:00am).  Volunteers will be periodically needed to walk with the kids during a match – grandparents welcomed!  There will NOT be cuts for golf.  All kids will play in matches throughout the season.  Only top players will submit scores during the matches.
