SEPTEMBER
Schoolstore.com Fundraiser
Starting 9/29, our Fundraiser to raise funds for school needs.

NOVEMBER
Grandparent/Special Person Day
November 14th, 7:40am-11:00am. Set up/clean up refreshments and morning activity.
DECEMBER
Jingle Bell Shop
December 10-12. Set up and work in the shop to provide items children will purchase throughout the school day.
2026
FEBRUARY
Teacher Appreciation Luncheon
We serve a luncheon for the teachers, decorating St. Ursuline Hall and serving teachers as well as cleaning the Hall at the end of the luncheon.
MARCH
Donuts with Dad
Volunteer for food set up/cleanup, and donations of food/drinks. Event is before school in the cafeteria.
APRIL
Muffins With Mom
Volunteer for food set up/cleanup, and donations of food/drinks. Event is before school in the cafeteria.
MAY
Walk-A-Thon
Volunteers needed to set up and provide water at water stations, walk with students, help with end-of-walk treats and activities.
Track & Field Day
Many stations will need a volunteer to run the station. Kona Ice will be with us for the day as well and each volunteer will receive a free icee!
A thorough background check is required for all those employed or volunteering to work with youth or vulnerable adults as a cleric, at a parish or school, as an Archdiocesan employee or at an Archdiocesan institution. All volunteers and employees are required to complete the electronic/online background check through SELECTION.com prior to beginning their volunteer activity or employment. In addition to the electronic/online background check, employees are required to complete manual fingerprinting and submit a B4 form before beginning their employment at an Archdiocesan parish, school, or institution.
