2023
FEBRUARY
Teacher Appreciation Luncheon
February 1st, time TBD. We serve a luncheon for the teachers, decorating St. Ursuline Hall and serving teachers as well as cleaning the Hall at the end of the luncheon.
MARCH
Donuts with Dad
Volunteer for food set up/cleanup, and donations of food/drinks. Event is Tuesday, March 21st 7am - before school in the cafeteria.
APRIL
Muffins With Mom
Volunteer for food set up/cleanup, and donations of food/drinks. Event is Tuesday, April 25th 7am - before school in the cafeteria.
MAY

Walk-A-Thon

Track & Field Day
May 25th - 7:30am-3:00pm. Many stations will need a volunteer to run the station. Kona Ice will be with us for the day as well and each volunteer will receive a free icee!
A thorough background check is required for all those employed or volunteering to work with youth or vulnerable adults as a cleric, at a parish or school, as an Archdiocesan employee or at an Archdiocesan institution. All volunteers and employees are required to complete the electronic/online background check through SELECTION.com prior to beginning their volunteer activity or employment. In addition to the electronic/online background check, employees are required to complete manual fingerprinting and submit a B4 form before beginning their employment at an Archdiocesan parish, school, or institution.
